Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026

By creating an account or using PostGP, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The service

PostGP ("we", "us", "the service") is a social media planning and scheduling tool. It lets you draft posts, preview them, store media, and schedule publication to social accounts you connect — currently X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn and Threads — directly or through AI assistants via our MCP server.

We provide a tool. You decide what to publish, where, and when. PostGP does not create, endorse, or take responsibility for your content.

2. Your account and responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use PostGP. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by AI assistants you have authorized through MCP.

You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms (X, Meta, LinkedIn), their content rules, and applicable law — including advertising, disclosure, and copyright rules — in every post you schedule.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PostGP to publish or schedule content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, misleading, infringing, or spam; to attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, suspensions, or enforcement actions; to resell or white-label the service without our written consent; or to interfere with the service's operation or security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, that a platform asks us to cut off, or that create risk for other users or for PostGP — with or without notice where the situation requires it.

4. Publishing and third-party platforms

Publishing happens through the official APIs of X, Meta and LinkedIn. Those platforms can change, rate-limit, deprecate, or revoke API access at any time, for any reason, and they can reject or remove individual posts. We do not control and are not responsible for platform availability, API changes, enforcement decisions, or the loss of a connected account.

A scheduled post is a best-effort commitment, not a guarantee. If a platform rejects a post or its API is unavailable, the post may fail or be delayed; we will show you the failure and its reason where the platform provides one.

5. AI-generated content

PostGP can draft posts with AI, in the app or through connected assistants. AI output can be wrong, generic, or similar to existing material. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before it is scheduled or published, and for the final content as published.

6. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the content and media you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the service for you — including rendering previews and delivering posts to the platforms you choose.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content you schedule, and you agree to indemnify and hold PostGP harmless from claims arising out of your content or your breach of these terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every scheduled post will publish.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostGP and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost accounts, or platform enforcement actions — arising from or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at postgp.com/terms governs, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using PostGP and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users.
