Connection problem

Some permissions weren't granted

You signed in, but the platform didn't grant every permission PostGP needs to publish.

Why this happens

Each platform lets you switch off individual permissions during sign-in. PostGP needs all of the ones it asks for to read your profile and publish posts.

Platforms also remember what you approved last time, so signing in again may skip the screen where you can turn permissions back on.

How to fix it

Instagram

  1. Reset what Meta remembers: on Facebook open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, remove PostGP, then connect again so Meta shows every permission and account choice from the start.
  2. In the Instagram app you can also open Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove PostGP.
  3. Click Connect Instagram again and leave every permission switched on.

Facebook

  1. Reset what Meta remembers: on Facebook open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, remove PostGP, then connect again so Meta shows every permission and account choice from the start.
  2. Click Connect Facebook again, leave every permission switched on and tick the Pages you want to post to.

Threads

  1. In the Threads app open Settings → Account → Website permissions and remove PostGP.
  2. Click Connect Threads again and leave every permission switched on.

X

  1. On X open Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps and revoke PostGP.
  2. Click Connect X again and approve every permission.

LinkedIn

  1. On LinkedIn open Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services and remove PostGP.
  2. Click Connect LinkedIn again and approve every permission.
Go to Accounts and try again
